Cardiff forward, Trevor Ford, in the Welsh Cup tie between Flint and Cardiff played on 1 March 1954. This is one of a number of wonderful photographs taken by the photojournalist Geoff Charles during the period 1940s – 1960s. Many of the photographs can now be seen on the National Library of Wales's website, which owns the Geoff Charles collection.
